1. Program Mission & Vision
At AdProfit Calculator, we believe that access to clear, actionable digital marketing analytics is a fundamental accelerator for business growth. However, many early-stage founders face significant barriers—ranging from high software licensing costs to expensive marketing consultancy fees. Our Black-Owned Business Grant Program was established in 2026 to bridge this resource gap.
Through this program, we dedicate hands-on advisory hours, custom analytical dashboards, and direct media-buying consulting to select black-owned businesses. Our goal is simple: to help you optimize your unit economics, audit your campaign profitability, and scale your digital advertising campaigns sustainably without breaking the bank.
2. What Selected Recipients Receive
If your application is accepted, you will receive a comprehensive package of marketing analytics and technical support valued at over $3,500, entirely free of charge:
- Custom Dashboard Setup: We will construct a personalized, local spreadsheet model or client-side dashboard customized for your product margins, inbounding shipping costs, and transaction fees. This allows you to monitor contribution margins in real time.
- 1-on-1 Strategy Consultation: A 90-minute digital meeting with our founder, Ubaid Siddiqui, to audit your current ad accounts, review funnel performance bottlenecks (CPMs, CTRs, and CVRs), and build a scaling blueprint.
- Pixel & Analytics Audit: A full technical check of your Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom site tracking setup to ensure your conversion events, deduplication, and attribution windows are configured correctly.
- Priority Calculator Support: Early access to new calculator widgets before they go live on our site, with the ability to request custom formulas tailored to your specific industry.
3. Core Marketing Principles We Help You Audit
Whether you receive the grant or are simply building your business, we advocate for a strict, math-first approach to scaling. When we audit campaign performance, we focus on four primary strategic levers:
A. Calculating allowable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Many brands fail because they try to achieve immediate profit on the first transaction. We teach you how to look at the blended lifetime value (LTV) of your cohorts. If your average customer makes 3 purchases over 12 months, your allowable CAC increases significantly, letting you bid aggressively in competitive auctions where competitors scale down.
B. Fixing Landing Page Friction
A high CPM or CPC is often a symptom of ad network competition. However, a poor landing page conversion rate (CVR) is entirely under your control. We run conversion rate optimization audits to verify page loading speeds, image compression types (WebP), and checkout form simplicity to lift conversion rates by 0.5% to 1.5%—which can double your ad return.
C. Creative Isolation and Testing
We help you design a "sandbox" testing campaign structure. By isolating variables (testing one hook variation or visual asset at a time) rather than throwing dozens of creatives in a single ad set, you save thousands of dollars in wasted media spend.
4. Program Eligibility Criteria
To ensure we select businesses that can benefit immediately from our technical advisory, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Ownership: The business must be at least 51% owned and operated by individuals who identify as Black or African American.
- Operational Stage: The business must have an active product, service, or lead generation pipeline (i.e. not in the conceptual stage) with a live website.
- Marketing Channel: You are currently running digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, or email lists) or plan to launch campaigns within the next 45 days.
- Commitment: A willingness to share anonymized, high-level case study metrics (e.g. "We improved our CVR from 1.2% to 2.1%") to help educate the wider AdProfit community.
5. How to Apply & Timeline
We review applications on a rolling quarterly basis. To apply, send an email to orionflows.dev@gmail.com with the subject line "Grant Application - [Your Business Name]" and include the following details:
- Your name, business location, and a link to your active website.
- A brief description of your product or service and the main audience you serve.
- Your current digital marketing channels and estimated monthly ad spend budget.
- The single biggest challenge you are facing with your advertising metrics (e.g. high acquisition costs, poor click-through rates, or attribution tracking errors).
Applications for the current quarter close on the last day of the month. Selected recipients will be notified via email within 14 business days of submission to schedule the initial consultation. Our technical team will review each submission carefully to assess how our analytical resources can provide the greatest lift to your active operations. The consulting sessions will cover deep audits of pixel tracking, attribution logic, and creative sandbox performance.
Even if you are not selected for the current cohort, we will provide brief written recommendations for your website and tracking setup based on your application questionnaire, helping you optimize your funnel metrics and utilize our suite of free calculator widgets effectively.
